Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at lily.rudkin@thebeaucollective.com stating reason for return, order number and items you would like to return.
If your return is accepted, we will email you over a returns label and the standard shipping rate for your country will be deducted from your refund to cover the return price.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
One Year Guarantee
All of our pieces have a one year manufacturing warranty. We will replace pieces with any flaws (such as a broken chain or missing stone etc), at no additional cost to you, up to one year from the date of purchase. Please contact lily.rudkin@thebeaucollective.com if you have any issues with your items or would like to discuss the warranty further.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
